{mlang it}Dalla barra di navigazione del corso vai su “Altro” e successivamente su “Disiscrivimi da questo corso” dal menu a comparsa. Non vedrai più il corso nella tua dashboard e non riceverai più comunicazioni che lo riguardano.{mlang}{mlang en}From the course navigation bar go to "More" and then to "Unenrol me from this course" from the pop-up menu. You will no longer see the course in your dashboard and will no longer receive any communication about it.{mlang}

{mlang it}Vai sulle tue iniziali in alto a destra e dal menu utente scegli Preferenze e poi Preferenze notifiche. Qui puoi modificare le tue preferenze generali per la ricezione di notifiche all’interno di POK o tramite e-mail.

Considera che queste preferenze valgono a livello generale: per ricevere effettivamente le notifiche da un contenuto specifico, devono essere attivate per quel contenuto. Ad esempio, per ricevere la notifica di un nuovo messaggio in un forum è necessario che tu “sottoscriva” il forum o la discussione ("Non mi arrivano le notifiche del forum, come faccio ad attivarle?").

{mlang en}Go to your initials in the top right-hand corner and from the user menu choose “Preferences” and then “Notification Preferences”. Here you can change your general preferences for receiving notifications within POK or by e-mail.

Please note that these preferences apply on a general level: in order to actually receive notifications from a specific content, they must be activated for that content. For example, in order to receive notification of a new post in a forum, you must "subscribe" to the forum or thread ("I don't get announcement notifications, how do I activate them?").

Una volta nel corso puoi muoverti tra la pagina con le informazioni principali (“Descrizione”), l’elenco delle lezioni e delle attività (“Corso”), le informazioni sull'attestato di partecipazione (“Attestato”), le informazioni relative alle modalità di fruizione dei contenuti (“Tempi e costi”) e una panoramica sui docenti del MOOC (“Docenti”).

Nella pagina “Corso” troverai l’indice dei contenuti, che solitamente include una prima sezione Bacheca, con gli Annunci da parte dei docenti e un Forum a libera partecipazione per gli studenti, e la Week 0 con alcune informazioni per orientarti e il questionario iniziale. All’interno del singolo modulo potrai spostarti tra le lezioni per mezzo del menu di navigazione a sinistra.{mlang}{mlang en}You can reach the course from the home page, the course search or your dashboard: to enter, click on the course title or image. Once in the course you can move between the page with the main information ("Overview"), the list of lessons and activities ("Course content"), information on the certificate of attendance ("Certificate"), information on how to use the content ("Fees and access") and an overview of the MOOC lecturers ("Faculty").

On the "Course content" page, you will find the table of contents, which usually includes a first section, with announcements by the lecturers and a free participation forum for students, and Week 0 with some information to orient you and the initial questionnaire. Within the individual module you can move between lessons by means of the navigation menu on the left.{mlang}

{mlang it}All’interno dei MOOC potrai trovare due principali tipologie di attività: le attività valutate, cioè quelle che è necessario superare per completare il MOOC e ottenere l’attestato e che, tipicamente, corrispondono ai quiz alla fine di ogni week, e quelle non valutate orientate alla riflessione, all’autovalutazione, alla condivisione tra pari, all’applicazione delle conoscenze apprese durante il corso.
Entrambe sono cruciali per il raggiungimento dei risultati di apprendimento attesi.{mlang}{mlang en}Within the MOOCs, you will find two main types of activities: graded activities, which are those that you need to pass in order to complete the MOOC and obtain the certificate and which typically correspond to the quizzes at the end of each week, and non-graded activities aimed at reflection, self-assessment, peer sharing, and application of the knowledge learned during the course.
Both are crucial for achieving the expected learning outcomes.{mlang}

{mlang it}Nella pagina del quiz troverai il pulsante “Tenta il quiz” e le indicazioni sul numero di tentativi concessi e sul punteggio necessario per ottenere la sufficienza. Premendo “Tenta il quiz” e poi “Avvia il tentativo”, comincerai il quiz: nella schermata principale avrai la sequenza di domande, a destra un menu di navigazione che permette di spostarsi tra le domande. Ogni domanda riporta il punteggio massimo disponibile e il numero di tentativi permessi.

Una volta terminato, premendo “Consegna il quiz” visualizzerai un riepilogo dello stato delle risposte. Procedendo vedrai la revisione del quiz, che riporta la valutazione finale (su 100), il tempo impiegato e altre informazioni. Potrai trovare la revisione di ogni tentativo nella pagina iniziale del quiz.

Se devi inserire una formula matematica o dei simboli speciali, consulta i suggerimenti dei docenti nella pagina iniziale del MOOC, nella Week 0 o all’inizio dell’esercizio.{mlang}{mlang en}On the quiz page you will find the "Attempt quiz" button and indications on the number of attempts allowed and the score required to pass the quiz. By pressing "Attempt quiz" and then "Start attempt", you will start the quiz: on the main screen you will have the sequence of questions, on the right a navigation menu that allows you to move through the questions. Each question shows the maximum score available and the number of attempts allowed.

Once you have finished, clicking "Finish attempt" will display a summary of your answer status. As you proceed you will see the quiz review, which shows the final grade (out of 100), the time taken and other information. In the main quiz page you will be able to review each attempt.

{mlang it}Sono attività che puoi trovare nella sezione Bacheca dei corsi.

La bacheca Annunci è uno spazio dove solo i docenti e lo staff del MOOC possono inserire messaggi destinati agli iscritti. La sottoscrizione al forum Annunci è obbligatoria per tutti gli iscritti, ma puoi scegliere di non ricevere notifiche per questa o altre risorse modificando le impostazioni per le notifiche ("Come posso configurare le mie notifiche?").

All'interno del Forum, invece, tu e gli altri partecipanti al corso potete inserire domande, confrontarvi, approfondire alcuni aspetti e risolvere eventuali dubbi creando discussioni.{mlang}{mlang en}These activities you can find at the beginning of the “Course content”.

The Announcements is a space where only lecturers and MOOC staff can post messages for subscribers. Subscription to the Announcements board is compulsory for all subscribers, but you can choose not to receive notifications for this or other resources by changing your notifications settings ("How can I configure my notifications?").

In the General Forum, on the other hand, you and the other course participants can post questions, discuss issues and resolve any doubts by creating discussions.{mlang}

{mlang it}Per ricevere le notifiche del forum di un MOOC:

• apri le Preferenze notifiche; (iniziali utente → preferenze → preferenze notifiche), individua la riga Forum e imposta tutti gli indicatori relativi su On;
• entra nel forum e clicca su Sottoscrivi il forum in alto a destra.

Se l’opzione “Sottoscrivi il forum” non compare, il mancato invio delle notifiche potrebbe dipendere dal fatto che tu abbia già
sottoscritto il forum, ma abbia annullato la sottoscrizione a una particolare discussione. Controlla la colonna Sottoscrivi accanto alle discussioni e attiva tutte le spunte disattivate.

{mlang en}To receive forum notifications for a MOOC:

• open the “Notification Preferences” (user → preferences → notification preferences), locate the Forum row and set all related indicators to On;
• enter the forum and click on “Subscribe forum” in the top right-hand corner.

If the “Subscribe to forum” option does not appear, the failure to send notifications may be due to the fact that you have already subscribed to the forum, but have unsubscribed from a particular thread.
Check the Subscribe column next to the threads and activate any unchecked ticks.
