This week:

  • the experience of a team work can be very enriching and exciting, but at times it can turn out to be stressing;
  • the knowledge and awareness about some group dynamics, along with some tools in team work, help to lead the whole experience with more serenity and effectiveness;
  • the focus of the course are many multi-functional teams, that is groups of people with varied but complimentary experiences, qualifications, and skills that contribute to the achievement of the team's specific objectives;
  • during the course, the tasks, the activities and the challenges that the team members have to face during the single phases of the life of the team are thematised;
  • according to the Tuckman model, all teams, before reaching high performance levels, must go through four stages: Forming - Storming - Norming - Performing.
