CASE STUDY - Barbara, the Marketing Director
Barbara is the young Marketing Director of a company, operating in the textile industry.
She has been working in her current team for 5 years, along with the Procurement Manager, and the Sales Executive. It wasn’t easy at first, because all involved have very strong, diverging personalities, very different professional backgrounds and interests, but after years of hard work, the team had managed to settle and achieve a great performance. Everything changed when the company was bought by a French holding company and when the most experienced of the group, the Production Manager, retired. Now Barbara has the feeling that this team has made 10 steps backwards, instead of forward.
The order of the 4 phases is sequential and it cannot be inverted, but it is possible for a team to step back to a previous phase.
