John's first meeting

At the beginning, during the Forming phase, a team still shows the characteristics of a "Working Group", that is of people who are put together without really knowing each other or the team's objectives.

The people do not yet act as a team (the Team Effectiveness equals zero), performances are still low, due to individual performances.
