Whenever a team is formed, these dynamics usually occur:

  • Curiosity to know about one’s assignment and to get to know better all team members.
  • From the beginning, the members of the Team try to evaluate the relationships and dependences taking place. (Who do I find instinctively nice? Who am I to deal with more/less? Etc.).
  • Orientation to the manager, from which the team expects the explanation and the information needed to direct the team.
