Team structure

The team Structure (usually represented by an Organizational Chart) refers to the way its members relate with each other to carry on the activity. In order for the team to work well, it is necessary to define some internal responsibility in order to clarify the required contribution by each team member and to reduce the unpredictability of the actions.
