  1. Richard accused Susan of failing in the choice of suppliers, claiming the presence of quality defects to be the result of her initial mistake.
  2. Susan, on the other hand, accused Richard of trying to find a black sheep in order to protect the group of poorly qualified workers.
  3. Richard and Susan have hardly been speaking ever since. Matthew, the team leader, is very embarrassed about what happened, but doesn't want to get involved in a situation that he himself considers childish.
