Typical signs of the Storming phase

In our example, the team NaturalLife shows the first typical signals of the Storming phase which, generally speaking, are:

• The first difficulties about the job arise; the initial enthusiasm/interest fades.
• The first conflicts within the team arise. Members might take different sides, tensions and misunderstandings are generated. The team work ends up to be stressful and difficult.
• The disturbed relating level reduces the effectiveness and efficiency of the work on the job.
• Some members of the team (or the team leader) take on the role of referee or mediator during conflicts.
