Susan feels really bad about Richard's accusation of choosing the wrong suppliers, even more so since he never spoke to her about it in private, but he raised the issue during a team meeting.

At first, Susan tried to defend herself. Much to her surprise, the team leader didn't even express himself on the matter. The rest of team felt embarrassed and remained silent.

Facing this unfounded criticism, undefended by her colleagues, Susan no longer knows whom she can trust. She used to be the most positive among the group, but now she appears not interested and gives very little contribute.
