Laura's individualism

Laura is, along with team leader Matthew, the person with the longest experience in NaturalLife.

Laura is very ambitious and committed to her job, and she likes to discuss at length with Matthew on the trend of the market and on economic data. Lately, this behavior isn't welcomed by other members of the team. Behind her back, people call Laura "Boss' pet" and it looks like she wants to boast about her skills and knowledge. Some of her colleagues think that everyone should be treated the same way within the team, and that there should not be a "star".

Laura doesn’t agree… She feels like she can add great value to the team work and doesn't understand why the team won't allow her to express at best her experience and skills.
