Matthew has just received a phone call from the CEO who asked him to explain through a company course his specific knowledge, which he has gained during the last 20 years.

All team leaders will participate to this event, as well as possible candidates who could become team leaders. The CEO cares a lot about this Knowledge sharing program, but Matthew has his doubts.

At the moment his team isn't giving a good performance, and there are rumors going around about the company wanting to replace him. Matthew knows that Richard, the Production and Quality Manager of his team, can't wait to progress in his career and, considering his experience, he might well be his successor. "Offering" his specific knowledge, Matthew fears for his position.
