Post-it grouping

Working with Post-it could be fun, quick and very powerful to enhance creative problem solving in a team.

For example, to face an issue such as: How to booster the sales in region Y?

• The team leader asks the team members to write their ideas on a Post-it.
• Use only one Post-it for each idea.
• Later, ideas of different clusters are gathered and grouped together.

This method is useful in situations where the topics are delicate and sensitive and/or to keep anonymity of the sources or to favor creativity.
