A team can be considered "successful"

  1. When it reaches the desired performances; that is when the results obtained by the team are the same (or exceed) the expected and wished for results by clients or by members of the team itself.
  2. However there is a second element, which is harder to evaluate: the vitality of the team. That is how the satisfaction of every single team member to work with the team, and their constant commitment to provide their contribution.
