- For communication (e.g.: they adopt open methods of communication and support).
- For goal setting and for the management of performance (they set objectives for themselves, they monitor them, and they provide feedback to others).
- For the coordination of tasks and the planning (they know how to coordinate and synchronize activities, information and tasks between team members).
