You should know the drill by now. The Riverside Regional Hospital still needs your help to solve the crisis.
Your Mission: Read the Context and analyze it. Understand your Role and a Mission—the set of tasks you need to address to tackle this challenge. Use the Guiding Questions, Suggested Approaches, to help you break down the problem and craft your solutions.
Remember: There’s no single “right” way to solve this challenge. We encourage you to think creatively and engage with your peers throughout the process. Use Alan (a.k.a. The Discussion Forum)
How to complete the challenge:

- Discuss and Reflect: Share your ideas and solutions with peers for feedback and inspiration via Alan (a.ka. Discussion Forum). Talk to Alan
- Self-Evaluate: Complete our brief checklist (similar to a quiz but it’s not) to evaluate your work and get some hints. After submitting the checklist, receive our proposed solutions to compare with your findings. Go to the Checklist

This challenge is not mandatory, and you won’t be graded on it. It’s a chance to apply what you’ve learned in a realistic setting and sharpen your problem-solving skills.
