You’ve listened to our guests and you've heard about some of the reasons why they decided to apply formative assessment strategies.
Which are, from your point of view, the main reasons why you should apply new assessment strategies in the design of your teaching activities? And what about designing some assessments yourself? Do you think that designing formative assessments could be «heavy» (time consuming, new knowledge to get, etc.) compared to the «traditional» summative assessment activities alone? Which benefits might formative assessment and feedback bring to your specific students? Do you think that formative assessment might change the way students perceive "being assessed" in general, transforming it into "supporting" their own learning path?
