Lesson Essential Questions (LEQ) are a quick way to create a useful exchange at the beginning or at the end of a lesson: the teacher prepares a list of questions that might also be used for summative assessment in an examination. These questions are designed in order to test the skills and knowledge participants have to gain through the course, so they perfectly fit also for the final tests you might want your students to perform. The students might answer the questions before class (at home, by themselves), at the beginning of the lesson (by themselves or in small groups) or at the end of the lesson to memorise the main contents that have just been at the centre of the lesson.
