  • What exactly happened? How did it end up? What did you feel and why? How did you react? What were the consequences?
  • Can you apply the DIE model and look at the situation from your own cultural perspective and from other people involved cultural perspective?
  • Can you recognize if the other person was looking at the same situation from a different cultural perspective or with different cultural priorities?
  • Did you jump into judgments without taking into consideration how the other person is looking at the same situation?
