Over the next four weeks, you’ll have the chance to better understand how the inclusion of women and LGBT people can drive innovation in academic, social and corporate environments. Moreover you will also be invited to consider the effects of discouragement and self-exclusion on female talent in science, technology, engineering and math, known as STEMs, which has big repercussions in the work world.
