Conflicts are inevitable in any context where there are people who live and work together.

The main ingredients of a conflict are:

  • counter-parties seeking to implement opposing action plans;
  • mutual dependence between the parties;
  • negative emotions are present in every conflict.

In the absence of negative emotions, we are only dealing with a problem between counter-parties.
