Conflicts interfere and procure further costs.
They interrupt processes and entail further self-review. They cost time, energy and money.
Conflicts are an additional burden.
Whoever finds themselves in conflict feels tenser and more under pressure. Motivation and performance decrease. Unresolved conflicts affect the body and mind, health suffers.
Conflicts drag on.
When conflicts are not resolved, they grow in intensity and spread to other topics. In organisations there is the danger that the conflict will spread to other people and “hostile blocs” are created.
