So far, we have seen how conflicts often arise from contradictory and mutually exclusive positions and/or interests.
There are frequent situations where the ‘real’ cause of the conflict lies not in a differing position, but in a clash between different personalities.
We propose the Riemann - Thomann model (which groups together different personalities according to two opposing pairs of criteria) to better understand the causes and dynamics of relationship conflicts.
