There is no single reality, but infinite subjective realities that vary according to point of view.

Negative emotions that arise in a conflict have a significant impact on our thoughts, which interact continuously with us through our inner voice.

It is the inner voice that, for example, tries to convince us that we are right and the counter-party is wrong, leaving us trapped in our (limited) view of the facts and circumstances.
