It is an Excel spreadsheet with fields set to make an automatic calculation of your score; you can save it on your PC and use it at different times, even after a while.

Filling it out should take 10-15 minutes.
Remember that the test is not an assessment, i.e. there is no predominance that is better or worse than others.
