Tests, tools and additional materials

You can find additional textual materials related to the Conflict Management course and on tools you can use for valorising your learning on soft skills on this page. Here are three types of documents: tests, additional texts and tools.

The tests that we propose are the following:

• Assertiveness
• Conflict style
• Riemann - Thomann Test
• The drama triangle

The tests are in Excel format, with cells pre-set to calculate your scores automatically: you can download and complete the tests whenever you want. Given the nature of the content, in fact, you may want to rethink your attitudes and your reactions in conflict situations also at different times, depending on the situation and interlocutors, or even only before and after completing the course.
