1-Design thinking is a human-centered approach that uses empathy and creativity to solve problems. It focuses on understanding people’s pain points, generating ideas, prototyping quickly, testing, and continuously improving so that the final solution truly fits human needs. Throughout this process, both divergent and convergent thinking are applied: divergence to explore a wide range of possibilities and convergence to refine and select the most viable solution.
