The industrial area is the one the focus should be on. As for typology, permeable pavements, depuration areas, small patches of grass/trees should be incoroprated wherever possible, focussing especially on leftover spaces.

The neediest area is usually the densely built, low-green neighborhood with heat and flood vulnerability.A mixed approach combining individual trees, small parks, and connected corridors is often the most effective.

The residential area in which there are green spaces that are not connected to one another should have green corridors connecting green spaces, so there is a fluid and continuous path between geen areas. This will connect different parts of the residential community to one another and make people more comfortable passing through the area.

The top left residential area doesn't seem quite as well established as the bottom right, so perhaps here using street trees, green buildings and pocket parks. You could argue the area between this and the industrial area below actually need greening in order to connect all these area. I would say either of the residential though, as this is where people live and commute. Industry is important to negate effects of industry, prevent run-off, mitigate flooding etc, but people will largely be indoors during the working day.
