Reflection time

This is a proposal of self-reflection.

Imagine you are in a job interview or recall a past interview you have participated in. Now ask yourself:

• What interview questions might be asked to evaluate your soft skills? List in you mind or on a piece of paper specific examples from your imagined scenario or past interview experiences.
• Which soft skills do you feel would be evaluated through these questions? How confident are you in demonstrating these soft skills during an interview?
• Were you previously aware that these questions were assessing your soft skills? How do you prepare to showcase your soft skills in an interview setting?

Can you think of an interview question that might be aimed at assessing your hard skills instead? How does this differ from the soft skills questions?
