Peer Assessment - Pedagogical frameworks

As you have seen in the previous videos, we can identify different pedagogical frameworks that you can take as inspiration when designing your teaching and learning experience. It is a personal choice, it mirrors your teaching stile and pinpoints the framework or frameworks you identify yourself. There are no right or wrong answers in this sense, but definitely many ideas to exchange with other participants. For this reason, we suggest you to challenge yourself by discussing this aspect in the Forum of the course, through a simple “Peer Evaluation” activity. Your opinions will be the starting point to activate an exchange in the Forum.
Ready to start?
Excellent, then follow these steps:
- Choose a pedagogical framework among the ones presented in the course.
- Create your own video comment about your chosen model lasting no more than 3 minutes, and highlight: at least 3 reasons you think your chosen framework is interesting, any critical points in its implementation, how you think you might use it within your own context. You can create your video simply using your smartphone or, if you would like to make a more articulated video, you can use any video-making software; keep in mind, however, that while this option is appreciated, it is not necessary for participation in the course.
- Upload your video on Google Drive remembering to set your Settings (on Google Drive) to "not downloadable" (if you do not want other participants to download it and modify it).
- Create a post in the Forum writing the title (specify the name of the model you have chosen), a link and a brief description of the video you created.
- Choose at least 2 posts by other participants and post your comments regarding their 2 videos to actively contribute to the Peer Evaluation activity suggested.
