A renewable energy cooperative (aka RE co-op; REC) is a decentralized, non-governmental initiative of local communities and citizens to promote the production and consumption of renewable energy (Wikipedia). Ana Džokić is an architect and one of the founders of the energy cooperative Elektropionir (Serbia): in this video she presents the main features of energy cooperatives.
