OVERVIEW of the tools

The cheapest and most immediate choice often falls on the communication tools that are already in the company.
These tools can be one-way, i.e. the company informs staff without listening to their immediate reaction (e.g. company magazine, newsletter, bulletin board, etc.), or they can be based on a two-way dialogue, as is possible in the case of corporate training.
Decidedly more expensive, but often the most effective are communication tools that are developed ad hoc, that is, tailored to the specific change. Although these tools can also be one-way (e.g. videos, clips, brochures, etc.), or two-way, e.g. a blog, a forum, individual interviews (e.g. coaching or counselling) and hotlines to enter directly into an open and direct dialogue with people.
