Completion requirements
View
- A proposed organisational change can be considered successful when it has been effectively implemented and consolidated inside the organisation.
- A lack of initial quick wins and the lack of perseverance, determination and attention can lead to a hasty abandonment of the project.
- Control and monitoring have to be maintained for the entire duration of the project, in order to respond rapidly to any potential issues.
- The 3 C’s should be taken into consideration: clear communication of the criteria for change, consistency in messages, consequences of actions and possible countermeasures.
