Flexibility is understood as adaptivity, i.e. the ability to adapt and reshape according to the challenges that arise.
Flexible people:
- can question themselves and change their world view;
- manage to use external events to reformulate the way they see themselves and the world;
- develop relative paradigms, i.e. not based on absolute terms, compared to their individual perception of reality;
- have an experimental approach and know how to change a plan in action when they discover issues that they had not taken into account;
- can handle ambiguity because they are aware that there is more than one situation.
