In Week 5, you will learn how to:
- recognize and avoid the most common traps in effective confrontational communication;
- provide and receive negative feedback effectively;
- understand the importance of empathetic listening for the resolution of conflict;
- recognise the non-violent communication model, which protects both the relationship and the objectives of the parties involved in the conflict;
- prepare, structure and conclude a confrontational interview.
Remember, the Role Plays are always available to you - put yourself to the test before, during and after the course!
