In Week 5, you will learn how to:

  • recognize and avoid the most common traps in effective confrontational communication;
  • provide and receive negative feedback effectively;
  • understand the importance of empathetic listening for the resolution of conflict;
  • recognise the non-violent communication model, which protects both the relationship and the objectives of the parties involved in the conflict;
  • prepare, structure and conclude a confrontational interview.
