pe quanto riguarda il mio contesto scolastico ho fatto il liceo linguistico e ciò ha portato a numerosi scambi culturali durante gli anni.

This depends on classroom composition such as cultural background, norms, language, gender, and educational background but language proficiency and cultural norms often have the most immediate and visible impact and this will impact the communication and participation
the strategy to manage will be clear communication, a multicultural group working, and using culturally inclusive teaching materials or addressing exclusions and conflicts.
We also need to break cultural barriers and encourage mutual understanding

The layers of identy which have the biggest impact in my classes are the presence of several different nationalities, all with their own cultural backgrounds and also gender. When possible I let them work in mixed gender and/or multicultural groups or pairs and appoint one of the other nationalities and/or a female, as the pair/group's spokesperson. I'm keen on using culturally inclusive material.
