The video made me see how hidden in our daily activities the soft skills are not just in work-related scenarios. An important learning point to me was that the soft skills tend to work in the background - we apply them without even defining what they are as skills. Indicatively, this includes communication, flexibility, and problem-solving as part of every-day interactions, be it in group work, academics, or even in personal associations.

Communication, time management and adaptability are the most common aspects of my daily life. I am in constant communication with the peers at school, friends, and instructors, and I adjust to various circumstances, demands, and work patterns. My awareness level was lower prior to viewing the video because I did not know as much as to how frequently I could rely on these soft skills. The video made me more aware of them and realize their worth.

I share the views of Peter who argues that there is no soft skill that is not interactive. Even such skills as self-management or critical thinking have an effect on our communication with other people and our surrounding. The soft skills determine our response, cooperation, and the development of relationships, and this is why interaction is one of the key aspects of any soft skills.
