Women are underrepresented in the fields of Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics (STEM), as well as in the field of Clean Energy (CE). One of the main reasons this happens is due to the challenges women face to enter and proceed in the specific fields, as well as the lack of female role models. This lesson brings together successful stories of female role models in academia, business and industry of STEM and Clean Energy Transition (CET) that can inspire and motivate women to reach their goals and aspire for higher career goals. The aim of this lesson is to encourage women to enter and progress in the areas of STEM and CET by reading the stories of other successful women role models in the fields. You will have the opportunity to read inspiring stories and follow the journey of successful women in STEM and the CET.
