Laura Ramirez Elizondo, assistant professor and Director of Studies MSc Electrical Engineering at Technische Universiteit Delft / Delft University of Technology - TU Delft (the Netherlands), focuses on ways to retain women in science, from building an inclusive work environment, to increasing the visibility of women in leadership positions, to allowing a healthy work-family balance for women who decided to become mothers.
