- All learning is a process of change/transformation, which starts from the lack of awareness of your own incompetence and shifts in the awareness of your incompetence; from there comes the desire to learn, to bridge the gap.
- Once you have mastered the new competence, first the person is aware of it; later the new competence is used automatically (unconscious).
- To learn new competences we need to leave the safety of the known behind, in order to get into a new field, characterized by emotions such as insecurity, fear and incompetence.
