  • SKILLS and ABILITIES: people should feel capable of carrying out the process of change.
  • MANAGING CONSEQUENCES: the process must be monitored and controlled at every stage to make adaptation measures possible, or to celebrate quick wins.
  • PLAN OF ACTION: a plan of action orders activities to be carried out at macro and micro levels for individual parties in the project. It is essential to communicate who does what to everyone, avoiding chaotic and dysfunctional management.
