During the Covid19 I was teaching to a class of 20 children 7 year old (second class of a primary school).
I used Google workspace, padlet, and Mindmap.
The start was very difficult, children couldn't use the PC or Tablet alone, so the parents were the most important help. After some lessons, in which they fast understood how they could use the apps, the work became easy and more or less every children contributed to a Padlet. It was not only made for teach something, it was the connection for keep eachother in touch.
The padlet was used for show the experiments from the science lessons, and this was the way in which they commented e try to reproduce o find to solve the problems that emerged during the experiences.

BRAIN STORMING
I think I would use the app the gave some times and a word and students have to write what they have in mind reading that word. Than, according to what came out, we could discuss about it.

Platforms that enable collaboration, the creation and sharing of learning materials, and the active interaction between students and teachers have proven particularly valuable. Teachers who participated in the pilot projects identified several categories of tools that were particularly useful.
Online surveys: Survey Monkey, Google form;
Creating contents collaboratively: Google drive suite;
Creating an online quiz: Socrative, Kahoot and many others.
