Normal, I create groups of four children, and i give to each one a specific function. I decide the time signing it on the board and advice them when its's passing.

You should divide people in little groups, explain what they are going to do and just be there if they didn’t understand or need your advice.

Here are some tips on how to effectively manage group tasks under time pressure:
Clear planning is the key to success:
a) Meet the group as early as possible: Don't wait until the last week. Meet immediately after receiving the assignment to discuss goals, assign tasks, and set deadlines.
b) Break the task into small, manageable pieces: Large projects seem overwhelming. Break them down into smaller, specific tasks that can be completed in a short period of time.
c) Create a schedule with clear deadlines: Use an online calendar, spreadsheet, or even just a piece of paper to track progress and make sure everyone is moving in the right direction.
d) Consider individual schedules: Remember that each group member has their own classes, work, and personal commitments. Be flexible and try to find a time that works for everyone.
